Company

Logistics is still a black box. We are building the other kind.

ErisWorlds is a new logistics company with one idea: a customer should be able to see everything that happens to a shipment, as it happens, without asking.

Planned international gateways: Mexico City (Latin America), Monterrey (Latin America), Panama City (Latin America), Bogotá (Latin America), São Paulo (Latin America), Santiago (Latin America), Rotterdam (Europe), Frankfurt (Europe), Madrid (Europe), Dubai (the Middle East), Riyadh (the Middle East), Mumbai (Asia), Singapore (Asia), Hong Kong (Asia), Shanghai (Asia), Tokyo (Asia). Origins shown: Miami, Houston and Dallas–Fort Worth.

Earth at night. Markets and lanes are illustrative, not facilities.

Why we exist

Eight things a shipper often cannot find out.

Global logistics is fragmented across carriers, forwarders, brokers and systems that do not talk to each other. The customer pays for the gaps.

  1. Where the shipment is.
  2. Who controls it.
  3. When it will arrive.
  4. Why it is late.
  5. What it will finally cost.
  6. Which customs documents are needed.
  7. Which carrier is responsible.
  8. What happened in transit.

Our goalConnect transportation, technology and data into a single transparent logistics network.

Where we are today

Stated plainly.

A company that asks for trust should start by being exact about itself. Everything below is checked against the trust center.

  1. A new company

No shipment has moved yet. There are no customers to name and no numbers to publish.

  2. Not yet registered to arrange freight

The federal broker registration and its bond come first. Until they are active, the site takes inquiries and nothing more.

  3. An engineering team in-house

The people building the platform work for the company. The previews on this site are their work.

  4. Launching in Florida and Texas

Eight cities, with authorized carriers. No trucks, warehouses or terminals of our own.

  5. Operations hires are next

The people who will plan and follow shipments are being recruited now.

Principles

Five things we will be held to.

  • Transparency

Show the working. The customer reads the same record the operator does.
  • Technology

In the service of operations. Software that a planner uses all day, not a dashboard for its own sake.
  • People

A named person answers. Automation carries the routine so that people have time for the exception.
  • Global commerce

Built to cross borders from the first design, with the licensed partners that work requires.
  • Operational excellence

Measured first, then published, with the definition next to the number.

Roadmap

Direction, not a schedule.

No dates are given, because a date that slips is a broken promise. The order is the commitment.

  1. Now

    • Broker registration and bond
    • The carrier standard and the first carriers
    • Road freight in the launch markets
    • The milestone record
  2. Next

    • The customer portal, for business accounts first
    • Partner coverage across the United States
    • Air and ocean with forwarding partners
    • Published performance figures
  3. Later

    • Cross-border programs with Mexico and Canada
    • International lanes
    • The API and integrations
    • Carrier tools

Leadership

The people accountable.
