What we collect
Information you give us in a form
The forms on this site collect only what you type into them:
- Shipping inquiries, quote, booking and pickup requests: your name, company, email address and phone number; origin and destination; what the freight is, its weight, dimensions and value; dates; and any special requirements you describe.
- Carrier sign-up: the carrier's legal name, USDOT and docket numbers, equipment, lanes and a contact person. The form does not collect documents, tax forms or bank details.
- Business account and early-access requests: company, industry, contact details, shipping volumes, lanes and the systems you use.
- Contact, partner and careers messages: your contact details and whatever you write.
Tracking numbers
A tracking number typed into this site is checked in your browser against the sample shipments shown on the site. It is not sent to us. When live tracking opens, a number will be sent to our tracking service to look up the shipment, and this policy will be updated before that happens.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs: IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and the referring address.
How we use information
We use the information to:
- Answer your inquiry or request, and contact you about it
- Prepare a quote, a booking or an account when you ask for one
- Review carrier sign-ups, partner inquiries and introductions from candidates
- Keep the site secure and working
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated or third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Inquiries and requests are kept for up to 24 months and introductions from candidates for up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or a business relationship begins.
Records of shipments we arrange are kept for the periods transportation law requires.
Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No system or method of transmission is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or limit how it is used. Write to info@erisworlds.com and we will answer within the time the law requires. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.
You can stop any messages from us at any time by replying and saying so.
Children
This website is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

This site links to public registers and other third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
