This website is operated by ErisWorlds, 3113 S La Cienega Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90016, USA. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You may use the site to learn about ErisWorlds, to send inquiries and requests, and to follow a shipment. You may not interfere with it, attempt to access it by automated means in a way that burdens it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Transportation and logistics services
ErisWorlds is preparing to launch. It is not yet registered as a property broker and does not arrange or accept shipments today. Nothing on this website is an offer to arrange transportation.
Once service begins, services will be provided only under a written quote, load confirmation or service agreement. ErisWorlds will arrange transportation with third-party carriers. ErisWorlds is not a motor carrier. It does not operate trucks, aircraft, vessels or warehouses. It is not a customs broker: customs entries are made by licensed customs brokers that the importer appoints.
Liability for loss, damage or delay, claims and their deadlines, and insurance follow those written documents, the carrier's bill of lading or air waybill, and applicable law. Carrier liability is limited and is not insurance. Cargo insurance exists only when it is confirmed to you in writing. The trust center explains how responsibility works.
A request sent through a form on this site is a request. Nothing is quoted, booked or arranged until you receive written confirmation from a person.
Sample data and product previews
Shipments, dashboards and other screens labeled “Sample data,” “Product preview” or “Planned” are illustrations. The sample shipments are not real shipments, and their tracking numbers, times and documents are invented for the purpose. Do not rely on them.
A feature labeled “Planned” is not available, and its description may change before it is built.
Information on this site
The pages that explain freight, documents, customs and liability are general information for shippers. They are not legal, customs, tax or insurance advice. Rules change and every shipment is different: confirm what applies to yours with a licensed professional.
Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, design, illustrations, code and the ErisWorlds name and mark, belong to ErisWorlds or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes. You may not copy, scrape or republish the content without permission. Night imagery is from NASA Earth Observatory and is in the public domain.
Links
The site links to public registers and other third-party websites for your convenience. ErisWorlds does not control them and is not responsible for their content.
Disclaimers and limits
The website is provided as it is. ErisWorlds does not warrant that it will always be available or free of errors, and may change or withdraw any part of it.
To the extent the law allows, ErisWorlds is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or changes the terms of a written agreement for transportation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which ErisWorlds is registered (Published here before service begins), without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, unless a written agreement between you and ErisWorlds says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version is posted on this page with its effective date.
