Enterprise logistics: one program, one record, one report.
For shippers with many lanes, sites and carriers. A managed program with a written operating procedure, a named team and reporting you can audit.
ErisWorlds is preparing to launch and is not arranging shipments yet. Send an inquiry and we will tell you when service opens on your lane.

Planned international gateways: Mexico City (Latin America), Monterrey (Latin America), Panama City (Latin America), Bogotá (Latin America), São Paulo (Latin America), Santiago (Latin America), Rotterdam (Europe), Frankfurt (Europe), Madrid (Europe), Dubai (the Middle East), Riyadh (the Middle East), Mumbai (Asia), Singapore (Asia), Hong Kong (Asia), Shanghai (Asia), Tokyo (Asia). Origins shown: Miami, Houston and Dallas–Fort Worth.
What gets in the way
Four things we hear, and what is done about each.
Our freight data lives in six carrier portals.
One record per shipment, in one format, whichever carrier moves it. The same record feeds your reports and, as the API opens, your own systems.
We cannot onboard a provider we cannot audit.
Registrations, insurance and the carrier standard are published in the trust center as each one is verified. Ask for anything that is not there yet.
Every site does it differently.
A written operating procedure for the program: who books, who approves, how exceptions escalate, what is reported and when.
A new provider is a risk to service.
Start with a few lanes, measured against definitions agreed in advance, and widen from there.
What you see
The whole program on one screen.
Shipments in motion, exceptions that need a decision, and performance by lane, from the same record your team and ours both read.

Program structure
How a managed program is set up.
This is how we propose to work. It is a structure, not a record of past programs.
A named operations contact
One person who knows the program, with a deputy, reachable by phone.A written operating procedure
Who books, who approves, how exceptions escalate, what is reported.A reporting cadence
The same measures, with the same definitions, on a schedule agreed in advance.A path to your systems
Files in an agreed format first; the API and EDI connections as they open.
For your due diligence
Each item is published when it is verified and not before. The trust center explains how to check each one at its source.

How we start
Small first, then wider.
ErisWorlds is preparing to launch. Companies that ask for early access are the first to be onboarded.
Discovery
Lanes, volumes, sites, systems and what your current reporting cannot tell you.
A written proposal
Scope, operating procedure, reporting, pricing basis and what is not included.
Pilot lanes
A defined set of lanes with agreed measures and a review date.
Program
Widened lane by lane, with a regular review against the same measures.
Questions
Asked in a first conversation.
ErisWorlds is preparing to launch in Florida and Texas. Today we take inquiries, learn your lanes and tell you when service opens on them. The portal shown on this page is a product preview with sample data.
Yes. Send it with the business account form and say when responses are due. If a requirement cannot be met today, the response says so.
The API and EDI connections are planned. Until they open, reports are delivered as files in a format agreed with your team.
In writing, per lane, with the accessorial schedule and the period they apply to.
